![]() AIAS and WIA co-host the Rendering Workshop 2005 on Wednesday, April 6. The workshop began at 7pm and ran well over the inital proposed ending time of 8:30pm. That night at TBAG, we were honored to have Professor Jack Swing and Professor James Warfield to be our instructors. The themes of the workshop were photography and marker sketching and rendering. |
Before the workshop began, Professor Swing showed us his collection of works.

Prof. Warfield led the first session of the workshop and gave us pointers on photography.

After Prof. Warfield's presentation, the second session immeidately followed with Prof. Swing showing and explaining his techniques. He also showed us the tools that he used and demonstrated how to use them.

After Prof. Swing's presentation, students were gathered in groups to work on their individual renderings. Prof. Swing stopped at each table and demonstrated from start to finish how to produce a magnificant marker rendered drawing.
