As part of the fundraising project for the faculty luncheon next April, WIA held the Silent Art Auction alongside with Alpha Rho Chi's Homecoming gathering in Temple Buell Hall in the morning of October 30, 2004. Our exhibition took place at the Architecture Gallery.

Set Up We were fortunate to receive the donations of art works from faculty, students, and local firms as bidding items.

The auction was silent where each art piece was assigned a sheet where bidders would write down their bids. The highest bidder would take the art piece home.

In addition, we sold raffle tickets and football beads on site.

It was Homecoming so the beads sold particularly well.

The auction was a great sucess and we earned over three hundreds dollars! All thanks to the people who attended and contributed. The profit would contribute to the coming faculty luncheon in April enormously. We thank you for your support! WIA especially thanks Professor Kelvin Hinders, Professor Art Kaha, Professor Jeffery Poss, and Professor Robert Selby for donating their works. We greatly appreciate it.
