Considering the increasing role of technology in architectural education and practice and the limited resources of the School of Architecture to offer instruction in the basic and specific skills students need to apply computer technology effectively in their courses, STEP provides student-led courses targeted to address the application of specific technology resources available in the School to academic and professional architectural problems. The courses are developed and taught by students, with the guidance of the faculty, and offered free of charge. STEP is based on the belief that everyone benefits from increased awareness among students of the potentials of technology and the resources available in the School.
