Officer Elections for 2008-2009 Board Year
As an independent student organization, AIAS Illinois values the role of leadership and services for the School of Architecture.

Nominations
Only current AIAS members can nominate him or herself for an officer position. To self nominate, a 150-word self nomination must be submitted to election.aiasillinois@gmail.com by April 2ndth at 5pm. Nominees list below appear in no particular order other than alphabetical by last name.

Voting Period
All members may submit their votes from April 3rd to April 9th at 5pm. Only current AIAS members are eligible to cast votes in the election. To ensure the accuracy of the election process, we request our members to use their university e-mail when casting their votes. Please include your name, and the individuals you wish to vote for in the e-mail, sent to election.aiasillinois@gmail.com.

You must be a current member in good standing to vote. All votes must be submitted to election.aiasillinois@gmail.com. Please include your name along with your vote. Members are not required to vote on all positions. If you have any questions, please contact the Election Committee at election.aiasillinois@gmail.com.

Election Results
The voting results will be announced at the AIAS General Meeting on April 2nd at 7pm. Good luck to all candidates!

Questions
The election results will be monitored by current officers who are not running for an officer position and the selected Elections Committee. This committee will be overseen by President Ryan Murphy. The results will be posted on the chapter website once all the votes have been collected.
