Your architectural firm has been selected to design a major out-patient health care facility. The project will be built in two phases:
Project #1) Ambulatory Care Center
Project #2) Medical Office Building

The second phase; the Medical Office Building was only designed as a footprint on the site and left fairly schematic.

There will be four stages in the design development:

1. Site Analysis: A careful study of the site and an analysis of all appropriate information about the surrounding context with respect to architectural styles of neighboring buildings, pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow and prevailing weather and wind patterns.

2. Design research, precedent studies and schematic design:
A user-needs research board presentation illustrating key research findings from a local case study presented in the form of detailed plans, drawings, and photographs of all the buildings as well as annotated plans highlighting the features which work well and which do not and based on this information, design recommendations for a new building.

3. Design Process: Progressive development of the design from the conceptual to interim design stages.

4. Final Design Project: Developed design schemes along with 3D models
