This is an advanced course in construction with emphasis on acquiring knowledge and developing skills for successful project execution in a real-time project with numerous variables affecting the project outcome, including: devising methods and strategies for effective project execution; making decisions that can steer the project to the best possible direction; and skillfully mediating disputes and conflicts that might arise during the course of project execution. For this purpose, on-going major construction projects are used as Learning Laboratories.
