  1. Introduction, integrated design, construction and opration of buildings - - 1 class
  2. Schematic Design Phase - - 3 classes
  3. Design Development Phase - - 3 classes
  4. Construction Documentation Phase - - 2 classes
  5. Construction Phase (including a one-day field trip) - - 2 classes
  6. Contracts/Legal Aspects/forensics - - 2 class
  7. Leasing/Management/Operation (Including Design vs. Cost of Operation) - - 1 class
  8. Repairs and Maintenance - - 1 class
Some presentations include case studies of existing projects or projects under construction and are given members of the design and construction team for each project. Projects vary in size, type, location, material, etc. Please visit Course Contents for more information on participating firms/companies.
